Susan has been in the industry for 23 years. In that 23 years she has owned and managed two salons of her own so she understands the importance of top-notch customer service and excellent service for her clientele. She has been proactive in her pursuit for continued education taking classes with Redken, Joico, Matrix, Nexxus, and currently with Paul Mitchell Systems.
